The Sky q box keeps turning off about 9 times a day

I don't know if the TV or the sky q box just make a click and turns off sometime in the first half hour then intermittent though out the day sometimes nine time it's driving me nuts the box is not hot or even warm then it's hard to get it back again it goes hello wait for blank screen then press home and sometimes it doesn't get that far
