      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, a viewing card issue is unrelated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try cleaning the card with a soft cloth, reinsert and reboot the box if required.&amp;nbsp; If that fails, you'll have to contact Sky for a replacement card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
