When trying to watch a programme on Channel 5 on demand, I get a message that I need to subscribe to watch. Which Sky package is this now part of, and shoul'd Channel 5 be open as its part of the normal digital network?

hi @Mark+Ch

I think Channel 5 (& C4) are bit peculiar in that they allow you to watch live in HD but not download in HD

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You may just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
