Cannot download alibi channel program

I cannot download a particular programme from alibi. I have tried other programmes which work. But Murdoch Mysteries will not download. All I get is a message saying I need to upgrade (but I already have a subscription which allows me to watch this channel) and then an error message MYSKY_1999

Do you have the HD add on - if not then :

The default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD so when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

So you may just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

P.S. Murdoch is one of favourite shows & watched almost every episode several times

Have changed setting to HD if available (it was on SD only) Still cannot download ANYTHING from Alibi. Even tried selecting HD and SD frim download options - nothing works. Any further asvice, please?
