&lt;P&gt;What you've been told by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3937167"&gt;@Jones_The_Cat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct. A puck has nothing to do with a Sky Q set up and won't help you if your Sky Q cables have been severed. Contact Sky and explain what Openreach have done and book an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to ring Sky and explain what has happened. An engineer needs to come back and repair the damage they have caused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
