Record Schedules Vanish

Before Christmas I spent some time scheduling programmes to record on Sky Q. It was only when I went to watch them when I found some hadn't recorded. I also found tgat the associated series link had vanished, too. I also found that some on their man channel eg BBC 1 were them also recorded on Channels such as Dave regardless of them being from a different season. Anyone else having this problem?
