    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the last 2 weeks the multi room sky box keeps cutting out, it says on the settings that it is connected to the internet and to the sky Q box, I have reset it multiple times and also reactivated it to the main sky Q box but it still keeps regularly cutting out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3939495"&gt;@Naomi1986&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
