You can get one from Sky for free if they can't fix it over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personally I switched to ethernet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;oh and the BT "Smart" wifi feature is worth disabling, see if that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and separating the 2.4GHz (which Q will use) and 5GHz (which it won't) into two different SSIDs has been said to help too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bt broadband and my sky q box and mini box keep loosing connection all the time. I have to keep resetting it and putting password in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my WiFi signal is fine and other devices are all working fine so I don't believe it is my WiFi which is causing the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have to reset several times a day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
