<title>topic Recording failed no power in Sky Q</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Recording-failed-no-power/m-p/4523416#M623024</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q box keeps loosing signal. &amp;nbsp; The latest recordings are saying failed no power when I know we have power as we were started watching a recorded programme when it went off. &amp;nbsp;I've tried rebooting the system multiple times and it's still sometimes down for hours. &amp;nbsp; We live in a block of flats and have the plug in power booster, which has just the green light. &amp;nbsp; We changed to Sky Q approx 3 years ago and it's the worse thing we've done. &amp;nbsp;Totally not fit for purpose. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Speak to Sky and they keep telling me to get the new online system. &amp;nbsp;I don't want that it doesn't suit our way of viewing tv as we record lots.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
