Netflix isn't included in the Sky Signature package for that you would need the Ultimate package:

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (1 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

Please note, however, if you do not currently have Netflix/Ultimate then the upgrades that @caesarome no longer apply & there are separate Netflix Boost add ons

From Mid December 2023 the levels are :

Netflix (Base level) is the With Ads service - 2 Screens in HD (list cost £4)

Boost to Netflix Standard - 2 Screens in HD Ad free (list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)

Boost to Netflix Premium - 4 Screens upto UHD/HDR (list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)
