I would like to enquire about getting another mini box

I would like to know if I can purchase another sky mini box and if so will it cost extra for it monthly or can I buy one to use in another room of my house.

@deedee-1988 You don't Buy them as they are loaned to you, you need to call SKy to add another mini box to your subscriptions.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Hi @deedee-1988

You cannot buy minis as they are only rented and always owned by Sky.

The monthly Multiscreen that you have covers all Minis and up to four can be rented.

Eachwill come with a one off upfront charge in the region of £50 for activation.

@deedee-1988 Sky will loan you up to 4 mini boxes you do not own them and they need to be returned to Sky.

You will normally be charged a £50 administration fee for an additional mini box .

If you already have a mini box you will already be paying the monthly multroom/screen subscrption so the only cost you will have will be the admin charge for the additional box
