Sky Q Box Freezing

Over the past couple of days our main Sky Q box keeps freezing, either when watching Live TV or when trying to go into certain recordings that need a password. The whole thing freezes and the only way to resolve is to turn it off at the wall.

Internet is all fine and has not dropped so assume an issue with the box. Please help! I spend too much on sky for the box not to work properly!

The main box is working but the small box seems to have freeze, changed battery's in remote so not problem with remote.

Freezes after I have used Sky Cinema or BBC Iplayer
