Sky Q not working

Hi my sky just has adverts for sky on loop over and over again and I can't select a channel or go to the home page. Checked remote, this works (volume etc), tried different hdmi portal. Nothing seems to work

Snap x been down all night 😭 . Hopefully just the weather and will be working in the morning .

If it was the weather you would see a "no satellite signal" error

Volume control of the TV is via IR. Control of the box is via bluetooth. The first working is no guarantee the remote is still paired to the box (depending on what "etc" included). I would try to reconnect it by holding down 7&9.
