Some sky channels won’t work

I can get all the sky channels and sky cinema on my computer but not on theTV. It comes up with an error message saying I don't subscribe to the channels I'm trying to look at. Obviously some of them it may be correct but the ones I can see on the computer I can't look at on my tv. Any ideas? TIA

hi @Slmbo33a

Do you have the HD add on or if not is it possible that the channels you are trying to access are the HD versions rather than the SD ones (the default for SKY go)
