How do I reset my password in sky to stop anyone else using my Netflix. Currently having Spanish hacking in.

Hi @Zo54 you will need to access your netflix account via a webbrowser to change your password make sure you select sign out of all devices before you select save

All devices will be signed out which are connected to your Netflix Account and will need the new password to sign back in again

I would also lock your profile as well as this can be used to stop other profiles being created from the Netflix profile screen.

Have changed email and password via my phone but on sky Tv still showing other users and Spanish profiles?

Hi @Zo54 did you tick the box to sign out of all devices? Can you sign out of Netflix via the Sky Q box?
