Pixelating/no signal

I upgraded to SKY Q a few weeks ago from HD+ and have had intermitant pixelation on BBC 1 & 2, ITV and some sky channels.

An engineer couldn't find a problem with the dish (didn't visually check it!) but blamed the box. New box has been in a few days and the same things happening again.

Annoyingly my 2TB V3 box was replaced with a 2TB V2 on the box swap. The software is noticeably slower slower

Any ideas?

Was the engineer reaching this opinion after using their Televes H30 test meter to check the reception quality of all the 63 satellite transponder signals that Sky presently use?
