hello i hope somone can help me with this somtimes discovery plus sometimes needs to be reactvated and the code putting in can somone tell me why it does this

@MJW456 im guessing it maybe someting Discovery have written into to the app that if its not been used for a while or after a certain amount of time it needs reactivating again I know if i've not used my discovery+ for a while I have to reactivate it and I have had the same on the BBC Iplayer
