sky q you don't subscribe to this channel

I cannot access movie channels or any apps on my Sky Q box as I get the message "sky q you don't subscribe to this channel " but I can still watch my movies and apps Netflix, Disney etc on Sky Go and other devices. My Sky Glass still works but my main Sky Q and Sky mini as it connects to the Sky Q are saying I need to subscribe.

Hi @MWBerry

If you have a Sky Glass subscription then your Sky Q subscription is cancelled.

You cannot have both Sky Glass and Sky Q subscription at the same account address.

If you have a Sky Glass subscription then to use Sky glass pucks you need the Sky Glass Whole home pack.

Do you have Sky Glass Subscription???
