&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a reboot of your main box?&lt;BR /&gt;~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby&lt;BR /&gt;~ switch the box off at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ follow the on screen instructions &lt;BR /&gt;~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;~ press the &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":house:"&gt;🏠&lt;/span&gt; button&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you definitely need to contact Sky, then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UK customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ROI customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; We’ve been informed the lines are busier than usual at the moment and that’s likely to be worse over the Christmas and New Year period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sound keeps pausing for a second then normal. Getting annoying when watching a movie. &amp;nbsp;Can't get sky number. Can anyone help so can speak to tech services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. &amp;nbsp;Yes have tried the reboot switching on and off. Even tried the number to call. &amp;nbsp;Keeps referring back here. Didn't have the landline one tho so that's a massive help thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
