I just wanted to ask ,if you watch a movie that is premiered on sky cinema premiere HD do you get charged extra or not since it's been streamed on a tv channel ?

SKy Movies/Cinema Premiere HD is part of the SKY Cinema Subscription & you do not pay extra beyond the monthly SKY Cinema Subscription.

This should not be confused with SKY Store Premiere which is part of SKY Store and each rental/purchase is charged (& we often see adverts for such movies on the SKY Q Home screen)
