My Q box making loud noise & freezing. New box set up this morning., but tonight it’s done the same

I'm at the end of my tether, for the past 18 months every single day the sky has had to be restarted at least 4 times per day. One day it was 72 times one day, they said it was WiFi internet.. So I moved my broadband to another provider, I'm full fibre to my house direct on highest possible speed. Getting 700-800 on avg with no issues. But, Q box continues making loud noise, & freezing. New box set up this morning., but tonight it’s done the same twice. I have changed the HD settings? What else could it be, my broadband is fine? It's soul destroying enjoying a film & having to reset the whole system 2-5 times!

Overheating possibly? Is your Sky Q box positioned on an open shelf, with nothing stacked above or beneath it, and at least one foot of free space around it?

Yes it is on an open shelf in a room that doesn't have a radiator, it's the coolest room in the house. Defo not over heating.
