I’m afraid you are talking to fellow customers on here, not Sky Customer Services.

He/she is likely to be delayed at a previous job - or because of driving conditions if you are in the storm area.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and now select the Need More Help dropdown, this will lead to a phone contact.

Ignore the automated messages, just wait for an advisor

Be aware the Customer Service advisors aren't likely to know anything regarding the delay of a particular engineer. If today is a no-show if you contact Sky tomorrow they may have an update.
