      <description>&lt;P&gt;All channels on my Sky Q mini box display the message: "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise, If you're using this box for the first time, please wait a few minutes." My main Sky Q box appears to be working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q Mini box is connected to my Sky Q box and I pay for multiscreen. I have tried&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;re-activating the mini box on both the mini box itself and the main Sky Q box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I have also tried rebooting both my Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box, as well as resetting both, but still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help please. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; Spoke to Sky support and they had to reset things and "force the signal" whatever that means.&amp;nbsp; Things are working normally now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
