The Netflix account is not in my name I cannot get the account

Hi @Liz631

If you are not the Netflix account owner you should be able to activate your Sky Netflix as a new subscriber.

Just sign out of the Netflix on your Q box and follow the Activation procedure for your Sky Netflix.

If you've got Ultimate, you already ARE paying for netflix through Sky.
