Sky Qconnectivity has been a constant problem this last week. Managed to solve it by rebooting the Q box. No connection today. Checked on status and it said not connected. Tried to put in our password and screen has frozen. Won't move up down or sideways. Internet connection in house is fine as 2 home working computers going along with phones and a lap top
