I cant get an intenet connection to stay on my aky Q nox

I sign into my Internet, it connects , I go onto the home screen and it says I don't have connection ..I've been sent a new box , I've done countless tests over the phone ..my Internet is working fine and not affecting anything else at home so am assuming it's a problem. With the sky equipment..
