      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting texts asking me to return equipment but I moved house and took the equipment with me and is being used?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help with this too.. tracking says it's returned and yet still getting the texts, another one this morning. Although it's has taken well over a month to be signed off as delivered in the tracker&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you both some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
