I am not a Sky Cinema subscribe,r as they autimtically receive this channel. However despite continually trying i was not able to access this offer it would not connect I decided to phone Customer Services for advise and after an extraordinary long wait to be connected, I managed to speak to an advisor. They were not very helpful. They confirmed the offer was genuine, but this was a technical issue so they could not deal with it. They did not try and connect me with a Sky employee that could help. So much for Customer service. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so how did you resolve it and receive the 6 months free subscription. It would have been nice to have this additioinal channel offer for the Christmas period&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What makes it more annoying is that Sky customer services cannot or will not assist and Paramount Plus themselves do not respond to queries, despite issuing an automated&amp;nbsp; Email, with the case reference number, but then a continued&amp;nbsp; silence from them. Is there anything&amp;nbsp; we can do to get this issue investigated,&amp;nbsp; as there must be something wrong ,as we all received an Email from Sky inviting us to take up the offer. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then follow the prompts to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried to connect but no luck . so I got through to customer services who ask me to get the Paramount plus app upon my TV ,which I did. He then advised me the offer was for Sky Cinema with Paramount plus for a reduced fee of £10 a month for 6 month. He concluded there is no offer for Paramout Plus free without Sky Cinema. If this is try to say lest the offer is misleading .Anyone else had the same issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had exactly the same issue. &amp;nbsp;VIP says I am able to redeem 6 months free (basic plan). &amp;nbsp;I went through to purchase, put in card details and have been charged. &amp;nbsp;I called customer service and they were also extremely unhelpful. &amp;nbsp;Said the offer was not available and I must be making it up despite having a screenshot of the offer. &amp;nbsp;The chat not service is dreadful and not quite sure what my options are as I'm not sure there is a designated VIP team you can speak on the phone with or chat to via an online chat. &amp;nbsp;Any help will be welcomed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a phone call today asking as a VIP 25+ years would I like sky cinema for free plus paramount + and 2 cinema tickets every month? Who wouldn't I agreed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would be saving £19 as it's free until 2026?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I wasn't at home when receiving this call&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't access the app on my tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I did I was so disappointed and confused, my so called FREE sky cinema was £10 a month saving £3 I'm still wondering where the savings of £19 comes in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;After a very long &amp;nbsp;phone conversation which went nowhere, I was told that they would attempt to to stop the charges on my bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what charges? This was 2 hours after first agreeing to my FREE PACKAGE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They've now cancelled my FREE sky cinema but I can have paramount + free for the next month?????????!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've asked for a supervisor to call so I will update asap&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good God if this is Sky at their best for loyal customers I think I may be looking elsewhere 🤬&lt;/P&gt;</description>
