Hi I'm still waiting for my sky box to be delivered as I'm meant to be getting it all fitted on Monday

What Sky box? If it's Sky Q then the engineer will bring all the equipment with them.

If it's broadband then Royal Mail usually deliver Sky broadband hubs.

As stated the engineer will bring your Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered, a dish if no haven't got one already, the remotes and cables. Sky normal send out the viewing card in the post to arrive pre-install but the engineers usually carry spares if it hasn't arrived.

The internet box will they bring a spare if it's still not here or do they bring it anyway as I had a text a few days ago saying my sky hub 4.2 is on its way

I don't believe the Sky Q installer will carry a hub. It should be delivered a day or two before your activation date.
