hmm, so after playing for the last hour i found that the signal wasnt getting to the Sky Q anymore.

Open the 'IR friendly' glass cabinet door and it worked.... albeit a bit tempromental.

I've now put in the IR Blaster and all is fine. So either the harmony is emitting a weaker signal, the sky q requires a stronger signal then before or something is interfering with the signal. All a bit odd, but seems to be okay now.

Hi, I have Sky Q and have been happily controllinh it using Alex via a harmony hub.

However, it's now stopped working. I've tried re-adding the Sky Q as a new device in the harmony hub but no commands work anymore however I try to use it (alexa/software remote/hardware remote).

Anyone experience similar. Any ideas?

It should still be supported as I can see poeple successfully config'ing a harmonoy for sky stream.

Thanks.

Hi @reddwarfcrew

I am sorry to say it must be something local to you. I am using a Harmony Hub 100% of the time controlling my Sky Q mainly with an Elite remote, but works fine with Alexa.

I can only suggest the obvious things like reboot everything starting with your broadband router. Does the green light flash on the Hub, showing it is receiving the commands.
