topic Sky Q mini box in Sky Q

One of my two Sky Q mini boxes frequently loses communication with the main box and with the network. If I it goes into stanby on its own it always losed that connections. I have since turned off the auto stanby feature. However at least once a week if not twice a week I have to go throug a complete set up to connect it back to the newtork and my main Q box. My other Mini Q doesn't have the same issue at all and always works.

Hi @adsntr

Try swapping the two minis over and see if the issue moves with the mini or stays at the same location.

Also for info all Q boxes need to on the same software and in the same standby mode.
