&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3003693"&gt;@Gavin+Faulkner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the engineers menu do the follow&lt;BR /&gt;press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light&lt;BR /&gt;do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;scroll down to apps &amp;gt; refresh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue but literally tried everything recommended and sky are sending out an engineer. However I have seen another post where it was sorted by Sky looking at the signals being sent to the viewing card. Are there any Sky employees who can look at this? I feel the engineer is going to be a waste of time as it is clearly an issue at the signal/subscription end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
