I wondered how I can downgrade Netflix with Sky as I accidentally signed up for the Premium version. It will not allow me to do this via my Sky account online.

You need to remove UHD from your package to downgrade.

Hi @Fiona37 You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor, to change a subscription on your account.

I thought you get it for free in line with whatever you are already contracted with from sky? So you don't pay extra for Premium.

there's some new system from now on though with these "boosters" isn't there? Does that change things?

Did you sign up yesterday (12th) or earlier today in which case the Premium level is indeed a separate add on called 'Boost to Netflix premium'

If you signed up earlier then Premium level was achieved by the normal SKY HD & UHD add ons

Either way to reduce level, as @Quoman7 says you will probably need to call.
