It should have a card. Have you checked the right hand side of your box? Itis very thin like a credit card.

as per my post on the other thread you commented on as @Stephen+Mourton if this is your main Q box then the card is located on the right hand side of your box towards the fromt and only sticks out a few millimeters. You need to push the card in until it release and comes out give it a wipe then push it back in until it clicks into place
