    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I did that as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've managed to resolve the issue by resetting the hard drive on the main box. Unfortunately losing all recordings but it has resolved the issue for now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Mini boxes No TV Signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Starting last night my Mini box shows no satellite signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried troubleshooting by doing the normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reactivate connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch off/On with reset button held&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of these steps done multiple times on Main box and mini box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a mini box that hasn't been plugged in for a while and tried that. As soon as it was connected it has the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mini boxes show that they are connected to the main box and the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things not working -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Live TV, TV Guide and recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything requiring internet works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have the same issue, I think the main box is the issue and unfortunately probably needs replaced by an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your main box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem, checked dish and cables seem ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sky q box turned off and on with remote and power has been cycled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Still no signal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
