&lt;P&gt;There is a small reset button on the back of the mini.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Switch the Q box off at the mains and then hold the reset button in when you switch it back on. &amp;nbsp;You need to hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
