    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed fro Sky+ to Sky Q yesterday. Now I get error DSU 504 when I try to access channels. Called Sky support and they talked me through doing an app refresh. It didn't have any effect. Still getting the error code. Any advice would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
