    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled Sky and returned the equipment. I have proof of postage and also an email from sky confirming that the equipment has been collected by their courier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet I received an email today saying that equipment has not been returned and they will charge me 270 pounds. I am unable to reach anyone by phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done all that was asked for. How do I get this sorted. Any help would be really appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
