Hi ,, after many months and many attempts, I'm still not able to access paramount + ,, I do pay for the full package £131 per month ,, so I should be able to access it free ,,any help would be appreciated

I follow the link , it tells me I've got no active subscription on this account, I go through the procedure, and it takes me back to the beginning!!
