Tv not connected to sky Q

Hi my name is Gary Martin , I am the account holder . I would rather explain the problem to someone as I am not good at explaining myself, But for now 2 out of 3 of tv in house will not connect to sky Q box . We have a booster box upstairs as well as a box in the living room. The booster box upstairs connect button on front is yellow / orange the rest are green the box downstairs is all green including the button on the side of the booster box but the one upstairs light goes orange then goes out .

@garypetermartin Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

Suspect Gary might have been through the phone system which then points you here to the forum unless you are very patient and can find your way to a human on there.

It sounds like you are getting issues connecting minis.

Does the main Q box work ok?
