Sky Q remote not working on apps.

My Sky Q remote works fine with the TV channels but has just stopped working on apps such as YouTube, Netflix etc. or on the Sky help. I have tried resetting pressing 7 and 9 together, then 1 and 3 but this does not enable me to use apps on the remote. How do I fix this?

Hi @Ian+Robert Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Thanks for the advice but when I turned on Sky Q today the remote w

as working with the apps. Very mysterios so I can only assume that the overnight rest helped to get the remote working again.

Will try your solution if I have this problem again.
