    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi received a replacement Sky Q main box today as previous one developed a fault. Set it up and tried everything but it just won't recognise viewing card. Just says please insert viewing card and I cannot get past it. Help please will it be a replacement viewing card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your suggestion I'll give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to customer services and we did some troubleshooting and they are sending me a viewing card so hopefully I'll be sorted when that arrives if not before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
