ITV1 HD on Sky Q

Hi I need advice.

I record Emmerdale and Corrie and I'm A Celebrity on ITV1 HD and it always keeps freezing for a few seconds and always line on for a few seconds as well.

But when I record EastEnders on BBC One, I don't have any issues and I also record Hollyoaks on E4 HD and that has no issues.

Is Sky having issues with ITV1 HD at the moment as it seems that the only channel that keeps freezing and lines on. Is anyone else having issues with ITV1 HD? as It's been like this for at least 2 weeks.

Does it do it when you watch live?

Yes, for a few seconds and yes, it always happens when I watch Live as well.

Ok I still don't understand the phrase. Do you mean "the picture gets some kind of lines on it"?

Sounds to me like a small dish misalignment. Would need to call sky to get an installer to take a look.

Yes, it's like a small flashing light and it goes after a few secoonds. I think I will ring Sky up.
