My sky package which I pay for includes Sky crime. While I'm able to watch the channel it's not allowing me to record programmes. It's the same with Sky Atlantic (also part of my package). TIA

What is your package? Signature?

Are you trying to record HD channels without the sub?

Thanks for the response. Yes I have the signature package. Trying to record Sky Crime and isnt an HD channel (I don't think)

The default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD so if you try to download and watch without having the HD add on you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

If you do not have the HD add on may I suggest you try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

If you do have the HD add on please let us know
