Picture freezes, sky q box then says there has been a problem (all service tyo it stops). I decided to reset and now step 1 press . button to continue, now hold the arrow button until it flash's (this button is already constantly flashing orange) holding it in does absolutely nothing, after about 5 minutes it comes up connection unsuccessful and i cannot get past step 2.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This has been like this constantly losing connection but the first time i decided to click the reset option and now i think i messed the whole thing up as it will not go any further than step 2.
