Why is my HD missing ?

I've recently had to negotiate a new contract with Sky for my TV and Broadband

I did have Sky Signature, HD, Netflix and Multitoom. I now only have Sky Signature and Multitoom as to have had the others would have cost more than I could afford.

Thing is, I've just noticed the downgrade has started on my tv and my issue is that I thought that when I previously had Signature without HD, BBC1, 2,, ITV and C4 were already HD anyway. They are now minus HD although Comedy Central,, E4 and The documentary channels are HD . I'm confused and more than a bit a noyed. Please help.

Check the Channels on the guide in the 800's.

Certainly BBC and ITV should be free to air

Are you having problems with live channels or just downloads.

C4 & C5 are free to air in HD to watch but they need the HD add on to download from Catch up / On Demand

101 -105 are now without HD. I'm sure they were HD before I had the HD pack. I have Sky Q btw

It's okay. I've resolved the issue. I've done a reset on the box and although my screen initially said 'this screen does not support HDCP '(it's a brand new tv) ...it has now changed and basic HD channels have returned .
