First you have to subscribe through Sky marketplace.

As a Sky Cinema customer you will see Zero cost.

So when you follow the instructions in the link, what happens? What point do you get stuck? All Sky Q customers should be able to activate it as shown in the link.

It tells me to scan the qr code and then it sends me to a link but then the page says I've tried to quickly and doesn't go anywhere else

The link I posted will take you to the Sky Marketplace options,

Sky Q
Press Home, the scroll down the menu and select My Sky.

Or press the Voice button on your Sky remote and say “My Sky”.

Select Paramount+. If you can't see it, select Browse Shop then Paramount+.

Did you first Subscribe and see the following?

..... if you are eligible for Paramount+ at no extra cost as part of your Sky Cinema subscription, the price will show as £0.

Hi there I've added cinema to my package what I did is I went to market place clicked on paramount then it asks u to activate I clicked on there then 3 steps came up and a qr code I scanned the qr code then takes me to a page on my phone asks for my sky password then takes my to another page with a triangle saying I've tried to quickly and just doesn't go to the next step

But you never answered my question whether you saw subscription would be £0.

So you only got as far as Entering your Sky ID and password?

Try again using the link instead of the Scan.

Scan the QR code on your smartphone or tablet. Or go to

sky.com/paramountplus-activate.

I have done the same. I have literally spent hours on the phone to sky. I have spoken to call handlers in Belgium, Bulgaria, and Scotland.. I must have talked to over 10 people. Not one has been able to resolve this issue. I am emailing Patamount + constantly who are saying this email address doesn't look as if its related to my sky account. I have been with sky for over 20years, using this email address. One call handler looked at her own TV, and discovered she couldn't activate her own paramount+ channel!

So it seems to be a big problem.

Hi I have tried all ways but everytime I go into paramount via the qr code it's saying 6.99 a month not 0.00. Ever since i renewed my sky contract a few months ago I lost paramount. Its driving me mmad. I have sky cinema. Do I need to contact sky customer services?
