Connect sky a box to tv

The HDMI Input socket on my tv is not working but the scart socket is. Can I use a converter to connect the Sky Q Mini HDMI cable to Scart on my tv?

hi @John3rd

If using a mini then you can do this -If you get a Nokia CA75U cable which plugs into the SKY mini's AV jack socket but as it has phono (aka RCA) plugs on the other end, you then, also, need a phono/RCA to SCART (input) adapter

Note this is only for minis as the main boxes do not have the AV Jack socket

You might see other similar av cables but there is no standard on the wiring of the Jack plugs so might not work - I have a none CA75U cable that works but the video comes fom the red lead (usually Right Audio) rather than the standard yellow video connector . Another lead I have does not provide video
