    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I had a problem with my SkyQ main box. I rang SKY and after going through several attempts to get it working, the advisor told me there was a fault with the box, and was sending out a new to me. It arrived, and I used the accompanying booklet to set it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But a whole host of channels have a blue screen and a message to say my satalite signal was not good. I checked all my settings and it told me my satalite signal was strong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've moved your post to its own thread as you mention Sky Q but added to a thread about Sky+HD boxes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
