Two of my Sky Q Mini boxes are unable to be used at present due to having no signal from the main box. Both of these have been moved and one is now in a loft bedroom. The "help" on the TV when trying to resolve connectivity problems states a booster box may help. How do I obtain one of these from Sky as there is no option to request one on my account page. I have been unable to speak to anyone on numerous occasions when I have attempted to contact Sky. Thanks.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
